The agreement between you and Falsify for use of the extension and service.
Falsify is a browser extension that analyses the claims on a web page and reports what the available evidence supports. It is an aid to judgement, not a source of truth.
Verdicts are produced by automated systems — search engines and language models — and they will sometimes be wrong. A claim marked true may be false; a claim marked false may be true; many claims cannot be settled and are reported as unverified rather than guessed at. Every verdict links to the sources it was based on precisely so you can check the working.
Do not rely on Falsify for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. It is offered as-is, without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
Signing in requires a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Use the service lawfully, and do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, resell access, or automate it against our servers at a scale that degrades it for others.
The free tier is limited to 3 page checks, 2 highlight checks and 3 minutes of video per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Pro costs $8 / month and renews automatically until cancelled. Lifetime costs $98.67 once, is charged once, and does not renew. Prices are in USD and may change for future purchases; an existing Lifetime purchase is not affected by later price changes.
Cancel a subscription at any time from the extension. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are given in full within 14 days of a charge, limited to one per customer, on request to falsify.support@gmail.com.
We may suspend an account that abuses the service or charges back a legitimate payment, and will explain why if you ask.
Falsify does not claim ownership of the pages you check. Analysis of a page is generated for you and is yours to use. Third-party sources linked in evidence remain the property of their publishers.
You may stop using Falsify at any time by uninstalling the extension; email us to delete your account data. We may discontinue the service, in which case we will refund any unused portion of a Pro subscription, and give notice to Lifetime purchasers.
